The history of the Volyn land is rich in glorious names and noble events. Through the centuries, we have heard stories about knights and princesses, meetings of the nobility and agreements of the rulers. Perhaps the most famous event that took place in the glorious city , Lutsk, was the Congress of European Monarchs, which took place in 1429. It was in honor of this outstanding event and its participants that the restaurant “Korona Vitovta” was named. The restaurant can already be called a part of the history of Lutsk, Volyn and Ukraine.
“Korona Vitovta” is a restaurant that did not just take this incredible event as its name. The restaurant was created as an establishment that shares the culinary traditions of Volyn, noble and princely banquets. The dishes are complemented by stories about the events of the past centuries, bear the names of famous participants of the Congress of Monarchs and local aristocrats, and are updated versions of the old Volyn cuisine.
