Museums

This is the only museum in Ukraine that represents the distinctive regional school of Volyn icon painting. The priceless gem of the collection is the Kholm Miraculous Icon of the Mother of God, a unique monument of Byzantine art of the 11th-12th centuries and one of the most revered Christian shrines.

Museum of Science and Technology is a unique platform where children and adults will be able to plunge into the world of modern technologies, robotics, dronotechnics, to learn about the most interesting inventions of mankind and to test various interesting sciences and technology in practice.

Volyn local history museum is the main museum of Volyn, the largest and oldest of the current museums of Volyn region.

Museum of Lutsk Brotherhood is the only one museum in Ukraine dedicated to a separate fraternal organization.

The exposition of the museum is in two rooms. The first room provides information about events that the Soviet government did during 1917-1991. In the second exposition shows the times of German occupation. Moreover materials from the history of Lutsk prison of different periods of its existence are placed there.

Volyn Regional Military Museum is a branch of the National Millitatry History Museum of Ukraine.

Museum introduces the life and history of the brilliant writer Lesya Ukrainka and famous Kosach family.

Art Gallery “Obraz” is located in an ancient dungeon that gives it a special atmosphere. Exhibitions, charity evenings, workshops, drawing lessons often take place here.
